On site PADI dive centres and are members of PIRA (PADI International
Resort Association). Carefully maintained state of the art dive
equipment and graduatied clean air make diving at Mimpi Resort a
safe and enjoyable experience. your dive guides will be profesional,
well trained PADI instructors or dive masters. At both resort you
can learn how to dive according to the PADI system of diver education
- from entry level Open Water Diver certification all teh way up
to the Dive Master rating. The dive profesional at Mimpi Resorts
are from Indonesia, Japan and another countries. At Mimpi Resort
Jimbaran, a small dive shop with equipment caters to guests who
would like to spend more time in teh busy Kuta-Jimbaran-Nusa Dua
area are complete their confined water trainin there and then move
on to either Tulamben or Menjangan for their open water dives.
Teh dive site on Bali's north coast are know for
their calm, clear and warm water, 26 to 28 C (79 to 83 F) year round
and their enormous divrsity of acuatic life.
Mimpi Resort Tulamben
The Mimpi Resort Tulamben is literally only steps away from some
of Bali's most exiting diving, including a WW 11 ship wreck, the
USS LIBERTY, drop-offs and walls, as well as thousands of swirling
jacks. Other friendly critters ready to pose include ghost pipe
fish, anglerfish, sea horses, gobies, blennies, long nosed hawk
fish and icalculable species of nudibranchs, cowries and many more
rare crustaceans. Tulamben is a favorite location of Gerry Allan,
Roger Steene and Michael Aw. In fact, Many of their published photo
graphs were capture at Mimpi Resort Tulamben's door step. As well,
world famous photographer David Doubilet of National Geographic
spent over 20 days photograping the area you will be diving. Amed,
another top dive site, can also be visited from the Mimpi Resort
Tulamben.
